Wiigul Mentoring Services is an Aboriginal-owned and operated practice providing culturally safe counselling, mentoring, and Victims of Crime counselling services across New South Wales.

Founded by April Crutcher, an Aboriginal Social Worker and Counsellor, Wiigul Mentoring Services was established from a passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities to heal, grow, and thrive. Drawing on professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep commitment to cultural safety, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed support that honours each person's unique story, strengths, and goals. 

At Wiigul, we believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and respectful relationships. We work alongside people experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, mental health concerns, family and relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the impacts of crime and violence.

Our approach is grounded in social and emotional wellbeing, cultural respect, and evidence-informed practice. We recognise that every person's journey is different and are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Wiigul Mentoring also provides professional supervision for social workers and helping professionals seeking reflective practice, professional growth, ethical decision-making, and support to meet continuing professional development requirements.
